Sysdig is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Engineer to join their innovative cloud security team. This role involves collaborating closely with customers, providing technical guidance, and driving business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with container technologies, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships across customer organizations
- Providing guidance on Sysdig deployments and operational best practices
- Contributing to workshops to help customers maximize the value of the Sysdig platform
- Advocating for customer requirements to align product roadmap initiatives
- Partnering with Sales, Support, and Professional Services teams
Technical requirements:
- Experience with container image optimization, Kubernetes installation and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of cloud-native applications, security, and DevSecOps
- Software development and API scripting skills
- Project management and strong communication abilities
Preferred qualifications:
- CKAD/CKA/CKS Certifications
- Experience with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms
- Familiarity with Prometheus and PromQL
- Background in Cyber Security for Cloud and Container Ecosystems
