Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in a hybrid work environment based in London. The role involves providing high-level technical support, managing cloud infrastructure, and contributing to system improvements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of 3rd line service desk experience and strong Microsoft technical expertise. You'll be responsible for Tier 3-4 support, managing cloud platforms, handling major incidents, and mentoring junior team members.
