IT Solutions Engineer

TalenTailors is seeking a talented IT Solutions Engineer to join our customer's dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in evaluating, designing, and implementing innovative IT solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your expertise will help us streamline our IT processes and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a pivotal role in keeping operational processes seamless by providing, managing, and enhancing internal IT systems.
• Work on the front lines at the IT-Service Desk, ensuring users have everything they need to thrive in their roles.
• Develop solutions to optimize processes through SaaS tools for integration and automation.
• Adopt a customer-focused mindset to elevate the user experience of IT services.
• Work with a diverse array of cloud-based tools and services, crafting cost-effective and beneficial solutions.
• Demystify complex tech concepts for non-technical colleagues.
• Support projects with IT deliverables, driving the company forward in its mission to democratize robotics.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in IT Operations and Support
• Experience managing and supporting Windows and macOS client hardware in a Microsoft Cloud environment
• Skilled in working with major cloud software (Atlassian Stack, Microsoft Azure and 365, Slack, Salesforce)
• Well-versed in the IT Service lifecycle and tools like Jira, IT-Asset Management Database, and Intune
• Excellent at prioritizing tasks and navigating through ambiguity
• Solid grasp of business processes and ability to align them with IT services
• Can-do attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Team player who is open, curious, and ambitious
• Fluent in both English and German, in writing and speaking
• Willing to work from the Dresden office 2-3 days a week
