Principal Engineer

Teads, a global and premium Ad Tech platform, is seeking a Principal Engineer to join their team of 230+ talented individuals across Montpellier, Paris, and Bucharest. As a Principal Engineer, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring a team of engineers, influencing technical decisions, and driving the engineering strategy to support the company's growth.

Your responsibilities will include partnering with engineering teams to drive technical implementation, evaluating and implementing new technologies, and contributing to the engineering culture. You'll be working in a high-traffic environment, handling 1.9 billion users per month and 100 billion events per day, with low latency and high availability constraints.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, deep expertise in software design and architecture, and experience with large-scale distributed systems. You should be able to influence technical stakeholders, execute cross-functional projects, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
