Description For Salesforce Developer

Tebra, formed through the merger of Kareo and PatientPop, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join their team. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining their Salesforce instance, working with various business systems including product backend databases, Workato, and Netsuite. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development, particularly with CPQ and Quote to Cash processes.

The position requires a mix of technical expertise in Salesforce development and strong collaborative skills, as you'll work closely with Business Systems team members, Team Leads, Project Managers, and internal users. Your responsibilities will span from designing and developing custom Salesforce solutions to troubleshooting and implementing best practices.

Responsibilities For Salesforce Developer

  • Design, develop, code, test and debug Salesforce
  • Develop or enhance custom objects, VisualForce pages, APEX classes, triggers, batch processes, Web services and APIs
  • Automate processes using Salesforce automation tools
  • Participate in requirements and solution design sessions with Stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce bugs
  • Build custom Lightning Components
  • Follow Software Development methodology and contribute to the SDLC requirements

Requirements For Salesforce Developer

Java
Python
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development with 1-2 years in integration projects
  • Strong understanding of database concepts with SQL proficiency
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages
  • Experience with Apex, SOQL, Aura, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification
  • 3+ years experience in Salesforce
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with delivering complex stakeholder requests
  • Understanding of declarative changes and code
  • Comfortable with SDLC and Agile environments
