Senior Software Engineer

Tebra is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to work on a cross-functional team to solve real-world problems for healthcare providers across the country. The role involves designing, building, testing, and improving features that enable customers to effectively run their business and provide patient care. You'll be contributing to support the platform that customers use to access their clinical data and implement mechanisms to integrate that data between different systems using healthcare data standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing innovative solutions to complex business problems
• Leading Engineering Design Reviews
• Writing software frameworks that can be extended by others on the team
• Translating business requirements into software solutions
• Developing interfaces for exchanging clinical health information between different systems
• Supporting migration of services to Springboot and GKE
• Promoting the development and use of standardized data sets for interoperable health data exchange

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Deep technical expertise in 3+ general areas of software development
• Professional experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and other Spring technologies
• Foundational knowledge of React, Angular, and TypeScript
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks
• Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and healthcare data standards
