Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Techstars, the world's most active pre-seed investor with over 4,400 portfolio companies and a combined market cap exceeding $122.5B, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building applications that power the Techstars network, working with both frontend and backend technologies to develop solutions that serve a worldwide community of founders, investors, mentors, and community organizers.

The position offers an opportunity to work with modern technology stack including JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Python, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, while leveraging cloud infrastructure through AWS, Kubernetes, and Kafka. You'll be part of an agile product squad, delivering enterprise-grade software and architecting features for flagship digital platforms.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in full-stack web development, particularly with Node, Express, and React, along with experience in Docker and Kubernetes. You should have a proven track record of delivering modern JavaScript applications in production environments and be well-versed in quality practices such as testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
