As a VoIP Implementation Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of supporting our customers with implementation, setup, and ongoing support needs. You'll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to enhance our VoIP solutions, while ensuring smooth customer onboarding processes and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience with VoIP/PBX systems and shares our passion for customer success. You should be comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users and have a strong foundation in VoIP protocols like SIP.
