As a crucial member of the engineering team, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to customers implementing and maintaining our software solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud.

The role combines technical expertise with customer service, requiring proficiency in Python/Golang, Kubernetes, and Linux systems. You'll work directly with customers during onboarding, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution. The position involves participating in on-call emergency support rotations with the engineering team.

Responsibilities For Senior Customer Reliability Engineer - Australia

  • Provide remote Technical Support to Teleport customers and partners
  • Take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution
  • Independently diagnose and resolve problems in the Teleport product and customer environment
  • Author knowledge-base articles
  • Work with Teleport Devops team to recreate customer issues
  • Develop and enhance tools for analyzing logs, stats and performance data
  • Design, define and document support processes
  • Participate in on-call rotation
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

Requirements For Senior Customer Reliability Engineer - Australia
