As a Data Analytics Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing and managing advanced analytics solutions that help decode genetic information for healthcare providers. You'll work with cross-functional teams to design and implement sophisticated dashboards, reporting systems, and business intelligence tools that transform complex genomic data into actionable insights.

The position requires a strong background in data analytics, with at least 7 years of experience in developing data sets and managing analytics projects. You'll need expertise in SQL, data visualization tools, and database modeling. Experience with Python and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities For Data Analytics Engineer

  • Own the design, development and administration of advanced analytics dashboards and reporting and business intelligence tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for developing new datasets, analyses and tools
  • Perform deep-dive root cause and problem-solving analyses
  • Design and build data views to support advanced analytical reporting
  • Work with technical and product teams to identify system changes for data analysis needs
  • Develop and facilitate data governance initiatives

Requirements For Data Analytics Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Marketing or similar
  • 7+ years of experience developing data sets for analysis use-cases
  • 7+ years of experience with stakeholder management and analytics projects
  • 7+ years report-development and data visualization experience with BI tools
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying and analysis of large, complex datasets
  • Expert knowledge of database/data modeling concepts
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Project management experience
  • Must work well in a team environment
