We're seeking an AI IP Performance Engineer to join our IP Product team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial in bridging hardware and software optimization, working directly with our AI architecture team in India. The position involves prototyping ideas, analyzing performance metrics, and making critical decisions about energy and cost trade-offs.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning, particularly with large generative LLM/Diffusion models. You'll lead performance and power measurement initiatives, develop benchmarking models, and work cross-functionally with various teams including sales and marketing.
