Field Application Engineer

Tenstorrent, a pioneering company in AI technology, is seeking a Field Application Engineer to join their Customer Success team. Key responsibilities include providing technical support for computer systems, implementing hardware solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and conducting performance testing. You'll also train clients on new technologies and maintain crucial documentation. The role requires a strong background in computer systems, hardware, and Linux operating systems, along with excellent communication skills.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $100k to $500k, based on experience and location. The hybrid work arrangement provides flexibility while maintaining in-person collaboration, with offices in Santa Clara, Austin, and Toronto.
