Staff Field Application Engineer, Customer Engineering

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Application Engineer / Application Engineer with a strong focus on AI/ML software to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical contact for our customers, working closely with application developers and serving as a trusted advisor to implement solutions using our products.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between our company and customers
• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements
• Design and architect solutions for AI use cases, focusing on Generative AI and LLM applications
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation
• Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations
• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI/ML technology

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect
• Strong proficiency in Python, knowledge of C++ is advantageous
• Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Experience in deploying, training, and fine-tuning AI models
• Familiarity with cloud platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
