The company is seeking a Technical Writer to join their growing team, offering a role that combines technical expertise with creative communication. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in translating complex technical information into accessible content, developing comprehensive documentation, and creating engaging presentations. The compensation package is highly competitive, ranging from $100k to $500k including base and variable compensation, with the final offer depending on experience, skills, education, and location. Responsibilities For Technical Writer

  • Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, system guides, and technical specifications
  • Create engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations for internal and external communications
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise content
  • Develop training materials and curriculum
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Contribute to documentation processes and standards improvement

Requirements For Technical Writer

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communication, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with curriculum development and training materials development
  • 5+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in Hardware industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with documentation tools (MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Confluence)
  • Familiarity with AI/ML and System-on-Chip (SoC) concepts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
