Principal AI Engineer

Teragonia is seeking a talented and experienced AI Engineer to join as Principal. This role involves researching, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) products. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and scale the company's AI products, especially Generative AI. This high-visibility position works directly with the CEO, CTO, and Chief Data Scientist.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing AI models and algorithms
• Leading the development, launch, and refinement of AI product components
• Implementing and optimizing machine learning and AI algorithms for efficient deployment
• Analyzing large datasets for business and financial insights
• Overseeing data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing
• Working on domain-specific and fit-for-purpose Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Integrating AI applications with Teragonia's Decision Intelligence System platform
• Implementing ethical AI practices and addressing potential biases
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in AI
• Guiding and supporting junior engineers
