Responsibilities For Sr. Quality Engineer (2nd Shift)

  • Key Point of Contact for Incoming Inspection and Module and Vehicle Kitting Inspection
  • Developing and maintaining inspection metrics
  • Manage MRB Dispositions
  • Execute and maintain quality management systems
  • Develop and analyze data for quality and reliability
  • Implement quality plans for new customers and products
  • Develop preventative quality processes using PPAP elements
  • Perform contract review and documentation testing
  • Coordinate with Purchasing for supplier quality improvement
  • Support production team for quality consistency
  • Manage quality-related training activities
  • Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions

Requirements For Sr. Quality Engineer (2nd Shift)

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years quality function experience in high-reliability manufacturing
  • 2+ years electronic experience
  • Understanding of IPC Industry Standards, MIL-STD, and NASA guidelines
  • Knowledge of machining, assembly operations, SPC, APQP
  • Experience with AIAG Core Tools
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 ASA9100
  • Must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident
