Responsibilities For Sr. Systems Integration Engineer

  • Design vehicle assembly architecture and procedures
  • Design and develop tools and hardware for vehicle assembly and testing
  • Develop full testing campaigns for vehicle electronic and mechanical systems
  • Manage vehicle integration build flow and test operations
  • Evaluate designs for manufacturability and sub-system integration
  • Interface with engineers and technicians for manufacturing and automation
  • Develop and refine manufacturing assembly procedures
  • Manage work orders and handle nonconformances
  • Resolve Electrical and Mechanical debugging issues
  • Execute day-to-day vehicle integration and test flow

Requirements For Sr. Systems Integration Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years experience as test or manufacturing engineer
  • Experience with build integration and testing of propulsion, thermal, electrical systems
  • Experience with electrical debugging of PCB Assemblies
  • Documentation and configuration management experience
  • Experience writing test plans and procedures
  • Experience in aerospace industry production environment
  • Experience working in cleanroom with ESD precautions
  • Basic coding ability in any primary programming language
  • Experience using Linux-based operating systems
