Responsibilities For Application Support Engineer, Factory Software (Night Shift)
- Understand and own the end-to-end integration of MES and ERP applications
- Triage issues from production sites and ensure proper resolution
- Create workarounds for immediate solutions when needed
- Document troubleshooting guides and provide training to users
- Work as an incident commander for production-critical calls
- Perform root cause analysis with cross-functional teams
- Maximize productivity in a changing environment
Requirements For Application Support Engineer, Factory Software (Night Shift)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field or equivalent experience
- Willing to work 12-hour night shift on rotating schedule
- Knowledge of MES, WMS, or ERP system
- +2 years of support experience
- +2 years of working knowledge of SQL
- +1 year of experience with Python, Go, or another software development language
- +1 year of experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk
- Understanding of integrated systems and their dependencies
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
