Responsibilities For Application Support Engineer, Factory Software (Night Shift)

  • Understand and own the end-to-end integration of MES and ERP applications
  • Triage issues from production sites and ensure proper resolution
  • Create workarounds for immediate solutions when needed
  • Document troubleshooting guides and provide training to users
  • Work as an incident commander for production-critical calls
  • Perform root cause analysis with cross-functional teams
  • Maximize productivity in a changing environment

Requirements For Application Support Engineer, Factory Software (Night Shift)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field or equivalent experience
  • Willing to work 12-hour night shift on rotating schedule
  • Knowledge of MES, WMS, or ERP system
  • +2 years of support experience
  • +2 years of working knowledge of SQL
  • +1 year of experience with Python, Go, or another software development language
  • +1 year of experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk
  • Understanding of integrated systems and their dependencies
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
