As the Associate Manager, you'll be responsible for developing comprehensive training programs, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient service operations. Responsibilities For Associate Manager, Service, Tesla Bot
- Manage Engineering Technicians who service Tesla Bot
- Develop training programs and hiring plans for Technicians
- Develop & maintain standardized work Instructions and track key metrics
- Promote cross training, job flexibility, and versatility of Technicians
- Support issue resolution including root cause investigation
- Provide detailed written & verbal test status updates
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Provide daily bot inspections and shift pass down reports
Requirements For Associate Manager, Service, Tesla Bot
- Experience managing teams in a service type environment
- Ability to work with and develop performance metrics
- Strong analytic problem-solving skills
- Experience with hand and power tools, high & low voltage systems
- Ability to interpret drawings and 3D CAD
- Experience with Microsoft Office and JIRA
- Understanding and creating work instructions SOP
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands
