Responsibilities For Cell Reliability Engineer, Fleet Analytics

  • Create models using both lab and fleet data to evaluate lithium-ion battery performance
  • Develop standard and accelerated test protocols based on expected field scenarios
  • Interpret electrochemical, mechanical and lab test data to forecast cell product field reliability
  • Collaborate on failure analysis to understand root cause and drive mitigation actions

Requirements For Cell Reliability Engineer, Fleet Analytics

Python
  • Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electric Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of lithium-ion cell chemistry and degradation mechanism
  • Strong Programming skills and experience in Python
  • Experience on statistical analysis preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
