Responsibilities For Compliance Engineer, Cyber Security

  • Work with Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories to achieve enterprise and product level cyber security compliance
  • Prepare compliance statements and technical documents for global cyber security requirements
  • Develop and maintain test procedures and tools for product homologation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and validate system rigidity
  • Design and build test methodologies for cyber vulnerabilities
  • Contribute to cybersecurity design and architectural implementation
  • Participate in committee/trade groups for cyber security regulations
  • Provide training and compliance auditing
  • Analyze and document test data, communicate results and recommendations

Requirements For Compliance Engineer, Cyber Security

Python
Java
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline
  • Deep understanding of Cyber security frameworks (NIST, CIS, SOC2, PCI-DSS, COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 27002)
  • Knowledge of cyber security standards (IEC 62443-x-x, UL 2900-1, UL 2900-2-2, etc.)
  • Familiar with cyber security vulnerability scanning tools
  • Knowledge of operating systems and networking
  • Experience with product certification processes (CE and UL)
  • Programming and scripting skills in Python, Java, SQL and/or C
  • Hands-on experience with software engineering components
  • Willing to travel nationally and internationally
