Responsibilities For Compliance Engineer, Cyber Security
- Work with Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories to achieve enterprise and product level cyber security compliance
- Prepare compliance statements and technical documents for global cyber security requirements
- Develop and maintain test procedures and tools for product homologation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and validate system rigidity
- Design and build test methodologies for cyber vulnerabilities
- Contribute to cybersecurity design and architectural implementation
- Participate in committee/trade groups for cyber security regulations
- Provide training and compliance auditing
- Analyze and document test data, communicate results and recommendations
Requirements For Compliance Engineer, Cyber Security
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline
- Deep understanding of Cyber security frameworks (NIST, CIS, SOC2, PCI-DSS, COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 27002)
- Knowledge of cyber security standards (IEC 62443-x-x, UL 2900-1, UL 2900-2-2, etc.)
- Familiar with cyber security vulnerability scanning tools
- Knowledge of operating systems and networking
- Experience with product certification processes (CE and UL)
- Programming and scripting skills in Python, Java, SQL and/or C
- Hands-on experience with software engineering components
- Willing to travel nationally and internationally
