As a Compliance Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. You'll work with cutting-edge technology in battery storage, solar systems, and EV charging infrastructure, ensuring these products meet international standards including ASNI, UL, IEEE, IEC, EN, KN, JIS, GB, and CSA.

The role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and regulatory knowledge. You'll collaborate with nationally recognized testing laboratories (NRTL) and product design teams to ensure Tesla's innovative products meet global market requirements. Your responsibilities will span from regulatory product architecture and design to compliance testing and validation.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in product regulatory compliance. You should have strong knowledge of energy storage systems, power electronics, and international safety standards.
