Responsibilities For Data Labeler Manager

  • Lead a team of Data Labelers for 3D image data annotation
  • Conduct performance management including coaching plans and monthly 1:1s
  • Evaluate daily performance and report team metrics
  • Work with engineers and Autopilot leadership on annotation policies
  • Manage headcount allocation between quality control and labeling
  • Create documentation and training materials
  • Conduct bi-yearly performance reviews
  • Manage timekeeping and ensure team alignment with company policies
