Responsibilities For Electrical Design Engineer, Electrical Integration & Hardware Design Inverter
- Use data to inform hardware design decisions
- Debug complex component interactions at the vehicle level
- Design and develop electrical systems, including power electronics, controls, and communication systems
- Create prototypes, testing and validating designs in a real-world setting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet system-level requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
Requirements For Electrical Design Engineer, Electrical Integration & Hardware Design Inverter
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Python, Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
- Familiarity with electrical system design
- Strong understanding of data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with field deployed hardware in automotive industry
- Familiarity with automotive networking protocols
- Knowledge of power semiconductors and electric motors
