Responsibilities For Electrical Design Engineer, Electrical Integration & Hardware Design Inverter

  • Use data to inform hardware design decisions
  • Debug complex component interactions at the vehicle level
  • Design and develop electrical systems, including power electronics, controls, and communication systems
  • Create prototypes, testing and validating designs in a real-world setting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet system-level requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation

Requirements For Electrical Design Engineer, Electrical Integration & Hardware Design Inverter

Python
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Python, Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
  • Familiarity with electrical system design
  • Strong understanding of data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with field deployed hardware in automotive industry
  • Familiarity with automotive networking protocols
  • Knowledge of power semiconductors and electric motors
