Responsibilities For Electrode Technician, In House Cell Engineering
- Support electrode production through manufacturing processes, material handling, equipment operation, and quality control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
- Work to achieve production targets and maintain safe working environment
- Participate in training and development programs
- Work overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following 5S principles
Requirements For Electrode Technician, In House Cell Engineering
- 2+ years of manufacturing environment experience
- Proven track record of being trustworthy and team-oriented
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Certification in IPC or Six Sigma (preferred)
- Ability to wear Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR)
- Physical capability to perform tasks while wearing PPE
