Responsibilities For Engineering Launch Manager, Semi
- Manage a team of Engineers and Technicians for equipment and process engineering
- Drive improvement in overall equipment efficiency and factory yield
- Ensure teams' safety training and EHS compliance
- Define expectations for engineering team performance
- Drive improvement activities from inception through closure
- Innovate processes and procedures to streamline production
- Maintain 5S standards and cleanliness
- Provide support for new equipment installation and startup
- Improve preventative maintenance activities
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Controls teams
Requirements For Engineering Launch Manager, Semi
- Must understand general manufacturing processes, automation, and controls
- Must demonstrate reliability, initiative, and desire to learn
- Must be adaptable in work schedule (including compressed work week and night shift)
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and prioritization
- Capable of providing constructive feedback to subordinates
- Able to drive engineering problems to true root cause and elimination
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
- Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
