Responsibilities For Engineering Program Manager, Charging
- Work with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to identify and scope projects for Charging
- Manage product cost down and quality improvements
- Create, maintain, communicate, and present schedules for design and manufacturing engineering projects
- Prioritize engineering team's work based on risk, resources and payback
- Define processes for risk and change management
- Interface with multiple teams for product development and manufacturing
Requirements For Engineering Program Manager, Charging
- Demonstrated experience in management of engineering projects for mass produced products
- Experience with manufacturing line bring up and ramp to mass production
- Understanding of engineering product design cycle
- Understanding of multilevel Bill of Material hierarchy
- Skills with common program management tools
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain personnel
