Responsibilities For Engineering Program Manager, Charging

  • Work with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to identify and scope projects for Charging
  • Manage product cost down and quality improvements
  • Create, maintain, communicate, and present schedules for design and manufacturing engineering projects
  • Prioritize engineering team's work based on risk, resources and payback
  • Define processes for risk and change management
  • Interface with cross-functional teams for product development

Requirements For Engineering Program Manager, Charging

  • Demonstrated experience in management of engineering projects for mass produced products
  • Experience with manufacturing line bring up and ramp to mass production
  • Understanding of engineering product design cycle
  • Understanding of multilevel Bill of Material hierarchy
  • Skills with common program management tools
  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain personnel
