Responsibilities For Engineering Program Manager, Product Integration
- Manage vehicle integration deliverables at each stage of the vehicle program timeline
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholder updates
- Oversee vehicle package buck design and build activities
- Drive vehicle package buck trials and coordinate resources
- Monitor and track vehicle-level attributes
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Manage top-level BOM and CAD structure and configuration
Requirements For Engineering Program Manager, Product Integration
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of engineering development process
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with PLM and CAD systems
- Up to 3 years of project management experience
