Responsibilities For Engineering Program Manager, Product Integration

  • Manage vehicle integration deliverables at each stage of the vehicle program timeline
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholder updates
  • Oversee vehicle package buck design and build activities
  • Drive vehicle package buck trials and coordinate resources
  • Monitor and track vehicle-level attributes
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Manage top-level BOM and CAD structure and configuration

Requirements For Engineering Program Manager, Product Integration

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of engineering development process
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with PLM and CAD systems
  • Up to 3 years of project management experience
