- Ensure program goals, scope, and requirements are clearly defined
- Create program roadmaps and detailed timeline
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely program delivery
- Manage scope and schedule changes
- Manage and track engineering sample demand and supply
- Maintain open communication with all stakeholders
- Monitor program progress and provide regular updates
- Track and manage potential risks with mitigation plans
Requirements For Engineering Program Manager, Semi
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years experience in product development
- Ability to understand complex development projects
- Detail oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience in planning activities and vendor management
- Individual contributor design engineering experience in electromechanical products (preferred)
