Responsibilities For Engineering Technician, Infotainment, Vehicle Software

  • Test prototype firmware across varying existing and new vehicle platforms
  • Troubleshoot Infotainment related firmware issues and develop reproduction steps
  • Precisely document test cases improvements and troubleshooting steps in detail
  • Execute commands/scripts in Linux terminal to diagnose and gather additional data

Requirements For Engineering Technician, Infotainment, Vehicle Software

Linux
  • Strong QA and testing philosophy
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Familiar with issue tracking software (i.e., JIRA)
  • Detail oriented, able to follow step-by-step instructions precisely
