Responsibilities For Global Factory Engineering Leader, Cell Manufacturing
- Lead the development and implementation of global factory engineering designs
- Develop and implement global standards for factory layouts and facility design
- Optimize material flow and logistics to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Develop and implement industrial engineering solutions

Requirements For Global Factory Engineering Leader, Cell Manufacturing
- Degree Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in factory engineering
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with lithium-ion cells or high-reliability products preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities
