Requirements For Global Factory Engineering Leader, Cell Manufacturing

  • Degree Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in factory engineering
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with lithium-ion cells or high-reliability products preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience with material flow and logistics
