Internship, Process Engineer, Manufacturing (Winter/Spring 2025)

Tesla is seeking a Process Engineering Intern for Winter/Spring 2025 to join their manufacturing operations team. This full-time, on-site internship in Austin requires a minimum 12-week commitment from January/February through May 2025. The role focuses on implementing, developing, and optimizing production methodologies in manufacturing operations. Interns will work on critical projects involving tool selection, line layouts, ergonomic studies, and material presentation. They'll collaborate with design, test, and quality engineering teams to improve manufacturability and implement continuous improvements. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment at one of the world's leading electric vehicle manufacturers.
