Internship, Product Engineer, Applications Engineering (Winter/Spring 2025)

Tesla is seeking a Product Engineer Intern for Applications Engineering for Winter/Spring 2025. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with Tesla's Product Management team, focusing on creating elegant solutions to complex problems in the energy sector. As an intern, you'll support Product Managers on core team efforts, contribute to next-generation product specifications, new-market entry strategies, and service topics. You'll conduct market and customer research, present tradeoffs and opportunities, and drive decisions with key stakeholders. The role involves supporting product launch readiness, leading internal workstreams, and creating training materials. This position requires a strong academic understanding of technical topics, interest in operations/finance/strategy, and excellent organization and communication skills. The internship is full-time, on-site, and expected to last from January 2025 through May 2025 or potentially into Summer 2025.
