Tesla is seeking an Engineering Intern for their Cell Engineering team, focusing on Reliability Engineering. This internship is expected to start around January or February 2025 and continue through the entire Spring term (through May 2025) or into Spring/Summer 2025 if available. The intern will work full-time, on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks.
The intern will join the team that develops and performs cutting-edge qualification techniques for battery cells, influencing the future direction of Tesla products. Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate should be pursuing a degree in Data Science, Reliability Engineering, Math, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. They should have an understanding of Design for Reliability and Design of Experiments, proficiency in Python for data analysis and visualization, and statistical modeling skills.
