Tesla is seeking a Technical Program Manager Intern for their DOJO & AI Hardware team for Summer 2025. This exciting opportunity is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and offers hands-on experience with Tesla's cutting-edge DOJO supercomputer project. The role spans approximately 12 weeks from May to August 2025, with potential extension into Fall 2025.

The intern will work with two key teams: the DOJO Technical Project team, focusing on supercomputer development from silicon to infrastructure, and the Low Voltage Distribution Engineering Program Manager team, handling project coordination and stakeholder management. This position offers unique exposure to advanced AI hardware development and large-scale technical project management.

The ideal candidate should be pursuing a relevant engineering degree and have demonstrated leadership experience. Responsibilities For Internship, Technical Program Manager, DOJO & AI Hardware (Summer 2025)

  • Manage design, integration, test, production, and bring up of the DOJO supercomputer
  • Focus on NPI, supplier ramp and quality, and system bring up in lab/data centers
  • Manage project definition and schedules
  • Track task completion status and reporting
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders

Requirements For Internship, Technical Program Manager, DOJO & AI Hardware (Summer 2025)

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior program management experience or managing a team, such as FSAE, Hyperloop, etc
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and Git
  • Experience in leading teams, and proven ability to drive initiatives to conclusion
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site
  • Must be actively enrolled in an academic program
