Responsibilities For Manufacturing Engineering Technician, Cell
- Support development, commissioning, and ramp of custom high speed automated manufacturing equipment
- Perform equipment setup, operation, adjustments, and maintenance tasks
- Work collaboratively to ensure production lines run safely and efficiently
- Debug and optimize automated processes to reduce cycle times
- Troubleshoot processes using PLC, HMI, or tool management software
- Identify equipment critical spare parts
- Build operating procedures and training material
- Conduct analytical tests and interpret data
- Participate in supplier/internal equipment FAT and SAT
Requirements For Manufacturing Engineering Technician, Cell
- 3+ years of hands-on operational and technical experience with mechatronics
- Metal working, fabrication skills, knowledge of hand and power tools
- Experience in high and low voltage systems
- Ability to use basic electrical tools and testing equipment
- Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Command of the English language
- Ability to perform physically demanding work up to 12 hours a day
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
