Responsibilities For Manufacturing Engineering Technician, Cell

  • Support development, commissioning, and ramp of custom high speed automated manufacturing equipment
  • Perform equipment setup, operation, adjustments, and maintenance tasks
  • Work collaboratively to ensure production lines run safely and efficiently
  • Debug and optimize automated processes to reduce cycle times
  • Troubleshoot processes using PLC, HMI, or tool management software
  • Identify equipment critical spare parts
  • Build operating procedures and training material
  • Conduct analytical tests and interpret data
  • Participate in supplier/internal equipment FAT and SAT

Requirements For Manufacturing Engineering Technician, Cell

Linux
  • 3+ years of hands-on operational and technical experience with mechatronics
  • Metal working, fabrication skills, knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Experience in high and low voltage systems
  • Ability to use basic electrical tools and testing equipment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Command of the English language
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work up to 12 hours a day
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
