Responsibilities For Mechanical Design Engineer, Electronic Control Unit

  • Design & develop parts, assemblies, and mechanisms using CAD software
  • Build and test prototypes to validate designs
  • Conduct simulations and analyze results

Requirements For Mechanical Design Engineer, Electronic Control Unit

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering
  • 1-3 years of industry equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD (CATIA preferred)
  • Knowledge of engineering materials and manufacturing processes
  • Experience in prototyping mechanisms
  • Working knowledge of FEA principles
  • GD&T knowledge and tolerance analyses experience
  • Creative problem solving skills
