As part of the Tooling, Process & Training team, you'll play a crucial role in developing hardware and processes for service & commissioning. Responsibilities For Mechanical Process Engineer
- Own the testing and scaling of new and production tools in the field, collecting and analyzing performance feedback
- Conduct time studies for field actions, documenting step durations
- Develop and optimize new service processes
- Collaborate with project stakeholders across various departments
- Fabricate service tool prototypes from technical drawings
Requirements For Mechanical Process Engineer
- Strong mechanical/electrical service knowledge, preferably in renewable energy or EV charging
- Knowledge of CAD, Solidworks or Catia preferred
- Hands-on tinkerer, modifier, and maker experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel 30-50% of the time
