PLM Technical Expert, 3D Experience

Tesla is seeking a 3DEXPERIENCE PLM Expert to mentor, support, train, and optimize the workflow of vehicle, energy, and robotics design engineers on Tesla's most exciting product lines, like Optimus, Robotaxi, 4680, Semi, Roadster, and many more unannounced products. You will have a crucial role in delivering these products via tools like CATIA V5, CATIA 3DX, ENOVIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE, while also leveraging your experience in other related applications such as SolidWorks, Revit, Altium, and Cadence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and support engineers on Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, CATIA V5, and CATIA 3DX
• Develop and disseminate best practices for optimizing user experience on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
• Address knowledge gaps in CAD and PLM usage across the organization
• Optimize engineering processes by leveraging 3EXPERIENCE features
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
• Interface with software vendors and internal product teams
• Manage support requests efficiently

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5 years of progressive industry experience
• Advanced knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, or SolidWorks
• Advanced knowledge of ENOVIA Change Management and MQL
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with multiple CAD/PLM Systems
• Experience working with global teams

This role offers a competitive salary range of $92,000 - $168,000 annually, plus cash and stock awards, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, and various other perks and programs.
