Responsibilities For Process Engineer, Cell Electrode

  • Drive development of new/innovative manufacturing processes from proof of concept through to full scale production
  • Characterize existing processes, establish controls for critical parameters, improve process robustness
  • Execute DoEs to optimize process conditions
  • Drive process commissioning on new production lines
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Establish process controls for SPC and develop process related OCAPs
  • Develop and manage PFMEA risk assessments
  • Debug process integration issues
  • Build process documentation
  • Model holistic process costs using bottoms-up system approach

Requirements For Process Engineer, Cell Electrode

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in process development, manufacturing engineering, or similar
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals
  • Proven problem solver with experience in data driven root cause analysis
  • Demonstrated capabilities in manufacturing process development
  • Experience in high volume manufacturing
