Responsibilities For Process Engineer, General Assembly, Semi

  • Travel internationally and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FATs)
  • Develop expertise in manufacturing processes
  • Analyze and optimize production processes to ensure safety while maximizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness
  • Work closely with functional and electrical testing of products
  • Diagnose issues during manufacturing process and drive corrective action
  • Create and maintain Manufacturing Instructions and routings
  • Develop and train technicians
  • Support 24/7 production operations

Requirements For Process Engineer, General Assembly, Semi

Python
MySQL
  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Science, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience working in automotive manufacturing
  • Demonstrated track record of Overall Equipment Effectiveness improvement
  • Good understanding of Bill of Materials, Manufacturing Execution System
  • Experience working with high voltage electronics, testing and assembly processes
  • Data analysis experience using tools like MySQL, Python, R, JMP, Minitab
  • Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude for learning systems quickly
  • Exceptional capacity for managing simultaneous activities
  • Strong communication skills: written and verbal
