Description For Product Manager, Charging Network
The Product Manager, Charging role will be part of Tesla's Energy Engineering team, responsible for delivering end-to-end EV charging products and services globally. As a member of the Charging Product team, you will drive new capabilities in the Supercharger and Wall Connector product lines, expanding Tesla's massive charging network. This full lifecycle PM role involves taking products from concept to development, production, launch, improvements, and scaling.
The role requires understanding customer and market needs, combined with a solid technical foundation to engineer products. You'll be responsible for driving product management for feature development and product performance roadmaps, leading complex feature and product functionality design, delivering end-to-end feature technical leadership, and managing feature handoffs to operational stakeholders.

- Driving Product Management for Feature Development and Product Performance Roadmaps
- Leading complex feature and product functionality design and requirements definition
- Delivering End to End feature and functional technical leadership
- Managing feature handoffs to operational stakeholders (install/sales/support teams)
- Maintaining sustaining feature quality and product experience
- Working with engineering and UX teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Communicating with stakeholders, including executives, team members, and users
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of product management experience in fast-paced environments, experience in software & firmware development for networked hardware, and knowledge of electrical engineering or high voltage electrical systems. Experience in design for manufacturability and UI/UX development for industrial applications is a plus.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to execute many projects and tasks in parallel
- Knowledge of battery and energy systems
- Degree in Engineering or technical discipline or equivalent experience
