Tesla's Vehicle Attributes Team is seeking a Program Manager to lead the driving experience aspects related to Vehicle Dynamics and NVH for all current and future Tesla vehicles. Responsibilities For Program Manager, Vehicle Attributes

  • Lead maintenance of program schedules in coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Manage test development plan for Vehicle Dynamics and NVH
  • Manage attribute health and associated budgets for each platform
  • Serve as Attributes point of contact between commodity engineering and vehicle level engineering
  • Support vehicle fleet management and coordinate with Workshop Managers
  • Coordinate engineering development, test, and validation schedules
  • Develop methodologies, engineering tools, and project organizational methods

Requirements For Program Manager, Vehicle Attributes

  • A degree preferred, technical degrees related also acceptable
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or program management with automotive emphasis
  • Hands-on experience in vehicle systems
  • Experience with full product cycles from prototype to production
  • Working knowledge of CATIA and ENOVIA PLM system
  • Working knowledge of program management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence
  • Passion for sustainable energy and automotive preferred
