Responsibilities For Program Manager, Vehicle Engineering

  • Collect and manage project relevant data for schedules, technical reviews and escalations
  • Develop vehicle program schedules based on collected data and company guidelines
  • Chair program relevant escalation meetings
  • Coordinate and prepare regular executive program update content
  • Develop and maintain document control systems
  • Enable cross-functional teams in making data driven decisions
  • Communicate and guide teams through rapid development cycles

Requirements For Program Manager, Vehicle Engineering

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management or similar preferred
  • 2+ years program/project management experience
  • Experience in fast paced environment with end-to-end product deployment
  • Ability to work with limited resources, independently, tight deadlines
  • Experience of program management tool mastery
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organization and delegation skills
