  • Apply reliability methods for chassis, suspension, and steering systems design validation
  • Analyze field usage and environmental conditions
  • Facilitate and lead design FMEA sessions
  • Work with cross-functional teams on root cause analysis
  • Generate process validation test plans
  • Provide reliability design guidelines

Requirements For Reliability Engineer, Chassis Systems, Semi

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience working on electro-mechanical systems
  • In-depth understanding of chassis systems
  • Experience with burn-in testing, Environmental Stress Screening, Ongoing Reliability Testing
  • Understanding of Highly Accelerated testing methods
  • Working knowledge of reliability statistics
  • Working knowledge of failure analysis techniques
  • Self-driven with ability to manage parallel tasks
  • Proven ability to remain engaged, proactive, and positive
