- Apply reliability methods for chassis, suspension, and steering systems design validation
- Analyze field usage and environmental conditions
- Facilitate and lead design FMEA sessions
- Work with cross-functional teams on root cause analysis
- Generate process validation test plans
- Provide reliability design guidelines
Requirements For Reliability Engineer, Chassis Systems, Semi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience working on electro-mechanical systems
- In-depth understanding of chassis systems
- Experience with burn-in testing, Environmental Stress Screening, Ongoing Reliability Testing
- Understanding of Highly Accelerated testing methods
- Working knowledge of reliability statistics
- Working knowledge of failure analysis techniques
- Self-driven with ability to manage parallel tasks
- Proven ability to remain engaged, proactive, and positive
