Responsibilities For Reliability Engineer, Power Distribution, Semi

  • Apply reliability methods for battery packs and high voltage systems design validation
  • Analyze field usage and environmental conditions
  • Lead design FMEA sessions to assess product risks
  • Work with cross-functional teams on failure resolution
  • Generate process validation test plans
  • Provide reliability design guidelines
  • Drive root cause corrective action with suppliers

Requirements For Reliability Engineer, Power Distribution, Semi

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in battery systems/high voltage laboratory testing
  • Experience with burn-in testing, Environmental Stress Screening, Ongoing Reliability Testing
  • Understanding of Highly Accelerated testing methods
  • Working knowledge of reliability statistics
  • Experience with statistical software like JMP, Minitab
  • Knowledge of failure analysis techniques
  • Self-driven with ability to manage parallel tasks
  • Proven ability to remain engaged and positive in tough circumstances
