Responsibilities For Reliability Engineer, Thermal Systems
- Apply reliability methods and thermal engineering knowledge to design accelerated test plans
- Analyze field usage and environmental conditions
- Facilitate and lead design FMEA sessions
- Work with teams to identify root causes and drive resolution for failures
- Generate process validation test plans
- Provide reliability design guidelines
Requirements For Reliability Engineer, Thermal Systems
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience working on thermal systems
- Experience with Python, Big-data analysis and Statistical modelling
- Experience with burn-in tests, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Ongoing Reliability Tests (ORT)
- Understanding of Highly Accelerated testing methods
- Working knowledge of reliability statistics
- Working knowledge of failure analysis techniques
- Self-driven and focused individual
