Responsibilities For Reliability Engineer, Thermal Systems

  • Apply reliability methods and thermal engineering knowledge to design accelerated test plans
  • Analyze field usage and environmental conditions
  • Facilitate and lead design FMEA sessions
  • Work with teams to identify root causes and drive resolution for failures
  • Generate process validation test plans
  • Provide reliability design guidelines

Requirements For Reliability Engineer, Thermal Systems

Python
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience working on thermal systems
  • Experience with Python, Big-data analysis and Statistical modelling
  • Experience with burn-in tests, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Ongoing Reliability Tests (ORT)
  • Understanding of Highly Accelerated testing methods
  • Working knowledge of reliability statistics
  • Working knowledge of failure analysis techniques
  • Self-driven and focused individual
