Responsibilities For Residential Product Engineer

  • Define data signatures to identify issues and integrate into algorithms
  • Develop and run data queries on fleet logs to identify trends
  • Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive design improvements
  • Provide support on escalated issues and minimize system downtime
  • Translate learnings into technical documentation and automated diagnosis

Requirements For Residential Product Engineer

Python
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience performing data analysis on technical problems
  • Excellent oral, written communication and collaborative skills
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and intuition
  • Experience with Python and/or SQL
  • Experience with power electronics, power converters, digital control systems
  • Experience with renewable energy systems
  • Less than 5% work travel required
