Tesla's Vehicle Software group is seeking a Technical Lead for their Fleetnet team to build next-generation server-side infrastructure supporting Tesla's growing fleet of products. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge IoT and navigation services that will power Tesla's future autonomous vehicles and robotaxi capabilities.
As a Technical Lead, you'll be at the forefront of developing mission-critical systems that scale to millions of Tesla devices. - Design and build scalable, high-availability mission-critical systems and APIs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive roadmaps to completion

- Solve complex problems using distributed, asynchronous messaging
Requirements For Software Engineering Technical Lead, Fleetnet
- 7+ years of building SaaS applications, preferably in a service-oriented architecture
- Exceptional leadership ability and ability to communicate complex technical concepts
- Direct technical contributions in code and design
- Extensive background in web services and distributed systems development
- Experience leading engineering teams
- Expertise in modern web developments frameworks, preferably Golang
- Demonstrated success with scalable web applications or messaging systems
- Experience with web security
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related fields
