Responsibilities For Software QA Engineer, Service Applications
- Develop and execute exploratory tests and automated tests
- Work independently on assigned project tracks
- Develop test plans and test cases, prepare test data
- Test mobile applications and execute functional system integration testing
- Develop automated test suits for applications
- Verify data quality and functionality against requirements
- Log, manage, and retest defects in bug tracking system
- Report testing status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders
- Support off-hours launch and monitoring of systems
- Update and maintain Confluence documentation
Requirements For Software QA Engineer, Service Applications
- Experience working in Agile methodology
- Knowledge of web applications and client-server technology
- Experience with Python/Selenium Web driver
- SQL/MySQL database querying skills
- Experience with Interface Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing
- Knowledge of Black-box Testing and White-box testing
- Proficiency with JIRA for bug tracking
- Experience with Test Management tools (Zephyr or Test Link)
- Experience with automated end-to-end testing using open-source tools
- Programming skills in Java, Visual Basic, C, C#, C++, or XML
